The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF), is the international governing body for men’s (M) and women’s 
association football, futsal and beach soccer on the continent of North America (including Central America) and the Caribbean. CONCACAF was officially established in 1961 in Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico; its current head office is in Miami, Florida, USA.
CONCACAF organizes and regulates club-level competitions and national team competitions in North America, Central America and the Caribbean. Among the national team competitions organized by CONCACAF are the CONCACAF Gold Cup, CONCACAF W Gold Cup, CONCACAF Nations League, CONCACAF W Nations League and the CONCACAF W Championship.
CONCACAF has 41 national member football associations and is organized into three regional confederations as follows:
- North America: North American Football Union (NAFU)
- Central America: Unión Centroamericana de Fútbol (UNCAF)
- Caribbean: Caribbean Football Union (CFU)
The official languages of CONCACAF are English, Spanish, French and Dutch.
